1. Digital Educational Content
Test series and digital study materials provided by VET'S SMILE are intangible digital goods with instant access upon enrollment. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials and mock test questions, all sales are generally final.
2. Double Payment / Technical Glitches
In the rare event that your account is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway timeout or bank network glitch, the duplicate transaction will be refunded automatically to the original source method within 5–7 working days.
3. Dispute Resolution & Support
If you experience any issues accessing your enrolled test series after a successful payment deduction, please email our support desk at contact@vetssmile.com with your transaction ID and registered email address.
